You may not use Qwik to:
- Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or a connected platform’s terms, policies, developer rules, or authorization restrictions.
- Access, collect, scrape, enrich, combine, infer, or retain platform data beyond the permissions and purposes authorized for your account.
- Sell, license, broker, rent, or otherwise commercialize protected platform data as a standalone dataset.
- Send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or unlawful communications to creators, sellers, buyers, or other users.
- Engage in indiscriminate spam, artificial engagement, fake reviews, false endorsements, impersonation, or manipulation of platform metrics.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authorization controls, technical restrictions, security protections, or app-review conditions.
- Probe, scan, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or test Qwik or connected systems without written authorization.
- Upload malware, steal credentials, expose access tokens, or use another person’s account without permission.
- Use protected data to make prohibited high-impact decisions or to unlawfully discriminate against individuals.
Automation and outreach
Any automation must respect the connected platform’s API rules, rate limits, collaboration mechanisms, and messaging restrictions. Qwik must not be used to circumvent platform controls by simulating unauthorized human actions, scraping private surfaces, or mass-contacting users through methods the platform does not permit.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate activity that presents security, legal, platform-compliance, or abuse risk. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations or platform compliance reviews where required.
